My name is Gary Duquette, owner and operator of Gary's SteamWay Carpet and Upholstery cleaning in West Bridgewater, MA. I have been in business for over 27 years and I take a lot of pride in the work that I do. From the beginning I never had expectations of becoming a large company. I enjoy being a small business, it allows me to work closely with all my clients on a daily basis and also to make sure the job is done right. My business is 90% repeat customers and referrals, so I'm able to build strong relationships with my clients and to me, they are like family.

When we come to your home we are there until the job is finished and done right. We schedule our jobs accordingly so we are not rushed through any of them, and if we do get delayed at a job, we always make sure to contact our next client to let them know that there is going to be a delay. We believe in taking our time to make sure you get the best work possible.
